Delivery

- All Purchases above $100 get Free Delivery

- Purchases below $100 are charged at a flat rate of $9.70 for any location in Singapore, except for Tuas, Army Camps, and Sentosa as well as other hard-to-access areas requiring an entry fee. Additional delivery fees might be needed for exceptional locations.

- In the event that Fresh Durian is unable to make a delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order, therefore Fresh Durian shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such order shall pass to you.

- If the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, the customer shall contact Fresh Durian by email or support number, and Fresh Durian will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.

Same-Day Delivery / Express Delivery

Please also note that same-day delivery / express delivery is liable to additional charges.

Delivery Time Slot

- Please note that the delivery time period cannot be the same or the past time of the placing time period. We will consider it as the next available delivery time slot.

• For example, if an order is placed at 5:10pm and you have selected a delivery time slot between 4pm - 6pm or 5pm - 7pm, we will consider it as the next available delivery time slot which is 6pm - 8pm.
